Lamina’s Lawyer Issues Cease And Desist Notice To Members Of The Public. ….Says peddlers Of fake news against him will be prosecuted.Enough is enough.

 

….He call on the IGP to investigate the alleged threat to his life by Lateef Ganiu.

A Barrister representing Otunba Kamorudeen Lamina,Barrister Moses Tawose has issue seize and desist notice to the general public,says any peddler of fake news against the business mogul will be prosecuted.
Barister Moses took the initiative on behalf of his client after an online platform wrote and alleged Otunba Lamina popularly call Sir Kay wrongly without verifying the true information.
He insisted that any one who peddle fake information about Otunba will be sue for defamation of character.

In a press Statement released by Barister Moses on Wednesday 12th of April,2023,
He said,Otunba Kamorudeen Lamina is the Director of Omolamina Global Ventures Limited,a motor dealer and also the Director of OGV Hotel.
He also has a registered company to carry on Estate Management and Property Development.All companies duly registered.
Lamina is a business man to the core,he’s an easy going and law abiding citizen of Nigeria.

According to the Lawyer,one Lateef Ganiu aka Eleda has been sending false information to different media platforms to tarnish the good name of Otunba Kamorudeen Lamina in order to dodge from all the atrocities he and his cult gang committed in Ikorodu axis of Lagos State and Ogun State.

According to Barrister Moses,Lateef Ganiu aka Eleda,Dada Doyin,Shakiru Shitu aka Shakky Adamo, Seun Onifade aka Horro Imota and others have suddenly become a thorn in the fresh and they are notorious cultists, hired assassins disturbing the peace of the community in Emure,Imota, Agbòwa in Ikorodu, also threatening the life of Otunba Lamina and his family members.

Recalling passed incident, the lawyer draws attention to the passed event between Ganiu Eleda and RRS police men
who were enroute Ikorodu and Itokin axis where the syndicate aka Eleda collected AK 47 riffle and other weapon from the team of police officers who were ambushed by them.
“It was the gun they collected from the team of Police Officers they are using to terrorize innocent people of Ikorodu and it’s environs.
Ganiu aka Eleda,Adura,Shakiru aka Shaky Adamo who was recently arrested along side Taofik for robbery,cannot refute or deny the attack on those innocent police officers who were on official duty to protect lives and properties including them. I challenged him to deny it”,he said.

He further stated that On the 6th Of April,2023,the same syndicate carried out a dastardly onslaught against the police officers at Emuren junction along Itokin, Ikorodu road and it is unfortunate that the same group of cultists killed one police Officer who was an Assistant Superintended Of Police on that day,while others sustained varying degree of Injuries.
Ganiu aka Eleda and his gang collected 3 AK 47riffles from the police and ran away.
One of the injured police officer whom they taught was dead can identify Dada Doyin,Adura and Shakiru Shitu.

The urgly incident that occurred on the 6th Of April 2023 makes it the second,the syndicate would attack and cause commotion at Emuren junction Imota LCDA,Ikorodu, Lagos.

“A lot of people who witness the crime committed by these criminals have shouted on social media against their criminal activities,calling on the Police to take action against this cult gang led by aka Eleda before they act tougher than what they are exhibiting now,”he said.

Barister Moses also alleged one Tunde Imoru aka Baba Junior who claim to be the CEO of Timex as the God father of the cultists cause,he openly also came out to claim that they are members of his staff.
It is important to stress you that Timex Nigeria Limited only exist to perpetrate evil,”As we speak, nobody knows the address of Timex Nigeria Limited, neither do Nigeria’s know their offices.Nigeria Police should take note,”he said.

Barrister Moses further said an information got to them that on the 9th of April around 5am,Tunde Imoru held a meeting at his residence in Agbede area of Ikorodu with Ganiu Lateef aka Eleda and Dada Doyin where they planned and made arrangement on how to kill Otunba Lamina.

On the issue of assassination, Sir kay said,”recently,I suddenly discovered that one black Venda and Toyota Camry (Big daddy)were trailing me with no justification.
Their plan to kill me has since become subject of discussion and telephone conversation among Tunde Imoru, Lateef Ganiu and Dada Doyin and to confirm, the Government agencies should check their call log between the 8th day of April to the 10th of April,2023.

The business mogul who claim to have reported and written complaints to appropriate quarters in that regard,challenge the trio to report themselves to any nearest police station if they have doubt with an attempt to deny the allegation.

Barister Moses said, Ganiu aka Eleda has stated alleging his client for being responsible for heinous crimes being perpetrated within Emuren on social media and press via news publications.
It is a calculated attempt to cover up His atrocities as a cultist, killer and terrorist.

Otunba Lamina said,”The allegation against me by Ganiu aka Eleda is untrue and nothing but mere fabrication to malign and damage my personality and character to the general public.

In addition, if the allegation made by Ganiu aka Eleda are true, that I wanted to kill him or assassinate him,he Ganiu should have reported to the Nigeria Police Force, thereby giving the Nigeria police the opportunity to investigate the allegation but rather for him to do that, he is living in the creeks releasing all manners of rumors and fake news against my person.”

Finally,Otunba Lamina said.”I therefore seize this opportunity to call on the Inspector General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba and the Lagos State Commissioner of Police,Idowu Owohunwa to save my soul from this mischief and evil which are being carried out by Lateef Ganiu aka Eleda and his syndicate.

He also call on all well meaning Nigerians to come to his rescue by giving necessary information about Lateef Ganiu aka Eleda or advise him to come out from hiding and report himself at the nearest police station.
