Cultists struck in Igode killed Openly and Injured Many In broad daylight.

Some suspected cultists who are said to be on the trail of those working against their operation in Ikorodu,Lagos and Ogun State are said to have boldly enter Fakale area close to Igode,Ogijo, a boundary town between Ikorodu and Lagos to kill one Moses Joseph and injured many innocent people during the process.
Speaking to People’s Crime Info, the deceased senior brother Patrick Joseph who witness the horrible killing of his brother said,
”On Tuesday 18th of April,late Moses Joseph who was 21 years Old barber from Benue State was inside his shop at Faleke attending to a customer.
Around 4pm in the evening,some daredevils cultists entered the community in groups, some were wearing face masks while others walked boldly without face mask,armed with guns, cutlasses and other dangerous weapons.
Patrick who sorrowfully narrated the incident, said,”when the cult members got to Moses shop, they entered his shop and drag him out,no body could challenge them,they were shooting sporadically to scared all of us away, they asked him to kneel down and they shot him three times.
After shooting him ,they cut off his hands and left.
Many people got wounded due to the gun shot, a very small boy was also hit by a stray bullet,”he said.
The incident happened very close to Igode police station, Fakale, Ogun State.
Patrick further said he identified some people among the cultists, he alleged one Adura,Dada,and Baba Junior.
And said, “that’s what they normally do, they did likewise not quite long in Igode and now it’s our turn.They call themselves untouchable, the police should look for them and arrest them before they kill everybody in the community.”
Some of the community members on social media platforms has appeal to Lagos and Ogun State Commissioner of Police to rescue them from the hands of these deadly cultists before the situation gets out of hand.
Confirming the incident, the Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, said”it a cult related matter, and it happened in a town that shares boundary between Lagos and Ogun State, we are aware they cut off parts of their victims body and immediately after operation, they run into Lagos.
We have gotten in contact with our Lagos counterparts and they are on their trail.
The Ogun PPRO further said, they cannot escape arrest,the Command recently arrested and paraded a lot of them and they were sent to prison.
“Those claiming untouchable should come out , they are only making a fool of themselves, no body is above the law, by the time we get them, they will come and repeat themselves”,he said.
