I felicitate with you, H.E. Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu and your deputy, H.E. Mr Obafemi Quadri Hamzat.
Your vision of a Rising Lagos gives us hope that the State will, in the shortest possible time, attain its dream of a mega city. I also Congratulate you on the success of having the biggest refinery in the world commissioned in your time and pray that God grants you good health and wisdom to continue the good work in progress.
