Court Of Appeal Affirms Abure As The National Chairman Of Labour Party.

The Court of Appeal sitting in Benin, Edo State has rule to affirmed Julius Abure as the National Chairman of the Labour Party.
According to the statement released by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Obiora Ifoh, the appeal against Abure was dismissed by the three Justices.
It will be recalled that the plaintiff, Lucky Shauibu who suspended Abure is a member of the Labour party in Ward 3 Executive in Esan North East Local Government Area of Edo State.
It was also pronounced that one man cannot suspend the national chairman
