CP Bide Ojajuni Decorates 430 Newly Promoted Officers,Commends IGP Disu’s Welfare Initiative.

In line with the welfare-driven leadership of the Inspector-General of Police, IGP OlatunjiIMG 20260610 WA0129 Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, the Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, CP Bode Ojajuni, has decorated 430 junior police officers recently promoted within the Command.

 

Following the information released by theIMG 20260610 WA0031 Ogun State Police Public Relations Officer,DSP Oluseyi B Babaseyi anipr,the promotion exercise held at the headquarters and every other formation within the stateIMG 20260610 WA0026 command comprised the decoration of 6 Sergeants to the rank of Inspector, 4 Corporals to the rank of Sergeant, and 420 Constables to the rank of Corporal, underscoring the Nigeria Police Force’s commitment to rewarding diligence, professionalism, and dedication to duty.

Speaking during the decoration ceremony, CP Bode Ojajuni described the promotions as a demonstration of the Inspector-General of Police’s unwavering commitment to the welfare, motivation, and career progression of personnel. He noted that timely promotion remains a critical tool for boosting morale and encouraging officers to remain steadfast in the discharge of their constitutional responsibilities.
