“Operation Keep Sagamu Safe”:Court remand 29 Suspect for Violating Traffic Rule.

The Ogun State Police Command in furtherance to the earlier report on “Operation Keep Sagamu Safe” dated 13th April 2026, has come out to inform the public the outcome of those that were arrested for violating the law.
According to the Ogun PPRO, DSP Oluseyi B Babaseyi anipr,out of 146 suspects arrested, 29 were found culpable after thorough screening and have been charged to Sagamu Magistrate Court 1on a 5 count charge on Wednesday 15th of April 2026.
He stated that the court ordered their remand in correctional custody, with the case adjourned till 12th May 2026, while the Command notes that this outcome underscores its transparency and commitment to due process, assures that Sagamu remains calm, and continues to urge residents to stay vigilant and report suspicious activities.
