Shomolu LG New Administrative Builing Near Completion

The Hon. Abdul Hamed Salawu (Dullar) led administration of Somolu Local Government has no doubt placed on top gear the construction to the New Somolu Local Government Secretariat Administrative Building as the gigantic edifice approaches the fourth floor.

According to the Chief Press Secretary,Owolabi Ajimomuya’ Oseni,The building is designed and expected to have more than 100 administrative offices, these includes Councilors Legislative Chamber, customary court, marriage registry, banquet hall as well as a conference hall and the Council Executive Conference Hall.

Ajimomuya in his statement stated that the building will be completed in a couple of month.

He said,”When completed in a couple of months, the building will be a landmark of Hon. Abdul Hamed Salawu (Dullar) led administration of Somolu Local Government that will outlive many administration and expected to attract more businesses to Somolu that was in the past known as a Lagos suburb but now largely reported as a Lagos business hub as more businesses and printing innovations are springing up.

He recalled that the old Somolu Local Government Secretariat was ceded to Lagos State Government for the decades long needed expansion of the General Hospital in Somolu.
